Q: What is the Groupon Graduate Programme?

A: The Groupon Graduate Program (GGP) is a three-month program, ideal for graduates with an excellent academic track record, who are looking for a career within the e-commerce sector. All GGP's are full-time paid positions at our office in London and take place on an on-going basis. Start and end dates are flexible with regards to academic schedules and business needs. We are looking for graduates who would like to undertake a permanent role after successful completion within the placed department and want to progress within the company. In order to be successful in this program you should love a fast-paced environment, be able to establish good working relationships, be a self-starter, have excellent communication skills and be commercially driven.

Q: Do Traineeships at Groupon lead to a permanent position?

A: Yes! We always try to place people in roles they want to pursue long term. At the end of the 3-month traineeship you will sit down with your line manager and HR rep to give and receive feedback on your experience as well as to discuss whether or not you would like to pursue a permanent contract.

Q: What are the working hours like?

A: Typical working hours for all employees are from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. However, given that we are a start-up, you may be required to work past 6pm to ensure all tasks are completed.

A: We offer our employees 28 holiday (including bank holidays) days per annum.
